Please check out the new interesting Ukrainian forum dedicated to various topics of HAM radio. Special attention is being given to gathering of supplemental information about HAM activity on HF, VHF, UHF bands and to hardware and software radio amateur solutions there. The language of the forum is Ukrainian, which is very important, I think, taking into account lack of Ukrainian-language DX resources and domination of russian-language crap in Internet.
