Unidentified LCh NDB on 682 kHz (approx.)

Unidentified non-directional beacon with LCh call-sign has been received on 9th of November 2020 at 18.35 UTC on the frequency of 682±2 kHz. Here one can hear it with interference from RD NDB (Rostov-na-Donu):

Ukrainian NDB news

NDB "ZK" of the Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport on 733 kHz has changed format of its identification in May-June 2019 to the following one:

IDx2 + 0.8" gap + 2.8" tone + 1.1" gap

Also one of the Ukrainian non-civil airports now has a new NDB on absolutely new frequency which has never been used before by this airport. The beacon is regularly active, but I can't give any concrete information on it, because our enemies in russia could use this data for their own purposes.

Unidentified VOLMET on 5650 kHz

Unidentified VOLMET transmission in russian has been observed on 11^th of July 2019 from 19.08 till 19.16 UTC (not a closing down time) on the frequency of 5650 kHz USB.

 

Surgut and Nizhnevartovsk were mentioned in weather forecasts read by synthesized female voice. It is typical for transmissions of Syktyvkar VOLMET, however weather report for Omsk (or Tomsk?), which is the content of Novosibirsk VOLMET, seems to be read too.
