Republic of San Marino received in Kyiv

 Radio San Marino has been received here on 102.7 MHz on 25th of May 2021 during continuous sporadic hop from Central Italy and Croatia. The station was periodically audible from 07.30 till 08.10 UTC with pop music show by Gilberto Gattei. The recorded content was in parallel with their web stream, also clear identification "Radio San Marino...compilation..." by female voice was heard at 07.39, but I have started recording too late 😢

And repeated opening at 13.00 UTC: COVID-19, vaccines, about achievement of San Marinese Agata Alina Riccardi at the European Shooting Championships in Croatia (sports news):

"Agli Europei di tiro a segno in Croazia, la sammarinese Agata Alina Riccardi era impegnata nella carabina 10 metri, la tiratrice biancoazzurra ha concluso le qualificazioni con il punteggio di 616.7 con la 72' posizione finale su 92.  Many thanks to Jelmer for the help with identification of Zender Glaubedran! The station has been received on 13th of May 2021 on 87.8 MHz during brief Es opening from Belgium and The Netherlands here. This is my 3rd Dutch pirate station received on FM band. Unidentified station has been received on 87.8 MHz during brief final hop from Belgium and The Netherlands, at 17.25 UTC. Detected RDS PI code is: 5396! This code is being used by Jonica Radio and some other Italians, however Jonica is not broadcasting on 87.8 MHz, and there are no stations with such PI on this frequency at all, according to the FMList database. I can't identify the recorded song neither, but it is not typical for Italian broadcasters, in my opinion. Possibly a pirate?

Signal of this UNID has faded-in synchronously with signals from Genk and Sint-Pieters-Leeuw (Belgium), also 100% NL (tentative) from Hulsberg was audible at the same time on 92.1 MHz. So, if this is a Dutch pirate, the most probable location of him is somwhere in Limburg!

 

Any help with identification is very appreciated.

UPDATE: the UNID on 87.8 MHz is identified as a free radio station Zender Glaubedran. Many thanks to Jelmer! I would never IDed this one without his help.
