Bayram FM on 87.8 MHz is absent in FMLIST database at all (decoded PI: FFFF, PS: BAYRAMFM). Also interesting unidentified station in Turkish language on 89.5 MHz (decoded PI: 5D00, partially decoded PS: --NR_---):

All the stations were identified by ID jingles, RDS, playlists, podcasts, parallel frequencies or parallel web streams. Power values are ERP, distances are approximate.

RX: Airspy Mini SDR

ANT: 80 mb dipole

Radio Channel 292 is back on short waves

Signal of the station can be heard again on all three frequencies: 3955, 6070 and 9670 kHz.

Radio Channel 292 is off air now

At the moment off air on all three frequencies, due to damages caused by a heavy storm.

IRIB Radio Khorasan-e Shomali on the new frequency

IRIB Radio Khorasan-e Shomali (رادیو خراسان شمالی) has been observed on the new frequency of 801 kHz recently. The station is probably moved from 873 kHz, where 100 kW transmitter in Bojnurd was active for a long time.

Reception in Kyiv is quite good, however suffers from deep fade-outs at times. Anyway, the signal is stronger than it was for IRIB Sedaye Sistan va Baluchestan on the same frequency.

801 kHz - 4th of March 2021 - reception at 17.00 UTC:

RX: Degen DE-1103

ANT: Built-in ferrite rod

Pirate relay of Svitle Radio Emmanuil on 88.0 MHz

The broadcasts were first observed at the beginning of June 2020, and they are quite regular since then. Signal on 88.0 MHz is usually appearing at evening time on weekdays, however, the transmitter may be active even much earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. Stereo mode is being used, without RDS. The quality of modulation is pretty good, on the same level as for official FM broadcasters in Kyiv.

I guess, the station rather relays web stream from the website of Svitle Radio Emmanuil (Світле радіо "Еммануїл"), because the audio on 88.0 MHz is not synchronous with audio of official station's transmitter on the OIRT frequency of 67.28 MHz.

Here you can see the moment of start of the evening transmission on 88.0 MHz on 13th of August 2020 at 16.06 UTC:

Recently, output power of the transmitter seems to be increased drastically: the signal is much stronger now and comparable with the one of neighbouring Priamyi FM at some locations of Kyiv. The time of broadcasts is the same: evening-night with occasional earlier starts on weekends.

Yaskrave Radio is off in Kyiv

Yaskrave Radio is already off on the OIRT frequency of 69.02 MHz in Kyiv. Transmitter of this station in Vinnytsia on 72.47 MHz was also switched off early. Company-owner of Yaskrave Radio have sent request on license cancellation to The National Сouncil of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine. However, I did not find any information about closing down on the official website of the station.
