Right now (19.12 UTC) I hear local Christian station Svitle Radio Emmanuil on new frequency of 88.0 MHz. Location of the transmitter is unknown. The signal is not strong, like TX is somewhere in Kyivska oblast or some LP FM (FM modulator?) in Kyiv. The audio is lagging on ~6 sec. in comparison with transmitter in Kyiv on the frequency of 67.28 MHz.
Btw, the station celebrates 15th Anniversary these days.
