Pirate relay of Svitle Radio Emmanuil on 88.0 MHz

 The broadcasts were first observed at the beginning of June 2020, and they are quite regular since then. Signal on 88.0 MHz is usually appearing at evening time on weekdays, however, the transmitter may be active even much earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. Stereo mode is being used, without RDS. The quality of modulation is pretty good, on the same level as for official FM broadcasters in Kyiv.

I guess, the station rather relays web stream from the website of Svitle Radio Emmanuil (Світле радіо "Еммануїл"), because the audio on 88.0 MHz is not synchronous with audio of official station's transmitter on the OIRT frequency of 67.28 MHz.

Recently, output power of the transmitter seems to be increased drastically: the signal is much stronger now and comparable with the one of neighbouring Priamyi FM at some locations of Kyiv. The time of broadcasts is the same: evening-night with occasional earlier starts on weekends.
