As maximum of the October Draconids (Giacobinids) meteor shower occurs on the 9th of October, I decided to observe lower part of CCIR FM band that day. Without any great success, except for some strange UNID appeared for half a minute on 87.7 MHz.
The music sounds Kurdish or Iranian for me, however I can't find any Kurdish station on 87.7 MHz in various frequency bases. All known power values of Iranian transmitters on the frequency are quite low to being received via MS with such a good signal level, IMHO:
