Unidentified VOLMET transmission in russian has been observed on 11th of July 2019 from 19.08 till 19.16 UTC (not a closing down time) on the frequency of 5650 kHz USB.
Surgut and Nizhnevartovsk were mentioned
in weather forecasts read by synthesized female voice. It is typical
for transmissions of Syktyvkar VOLMET, however weather report for Omsk
(or Tomsk?), which is the content of Novosibirsk VOLMET, seems to be
read too.
