Some unidentified station plays music non-stop on the frequency of 15190 kHz. It was observed yesterday at 10.00 - 12.00 UTC time slot. The music is also audible now at 12.45 - 13.30 UTC. SINPO in Kyiv is about 34433-44433. No any IDs were heard so far, but my guess is Channel 292 with tests of a new 19 mb transmitter (it's only my assumption!). Let's see.
