KCR transmission failure

 Dear friends, on Friday just before 7.00 pm during our usual test our transmitter broke down. The internet did not allow us to warn you in time, we are very sorry.

We thank you very much for the many messages, mail and whatsApp.

We plan to be back in September.

Sorry again for this incident, soon we will have a spare transmitter and what happened will not happen again.

Thank you for the much friendship you have shown yet, you are great !!

FRS repeat on Sunday July 29th 2018

 As a result of last Sunday’s evening broadcast, we have decided to carry out a full repeat next Sunday July 29th.

Attention: the current SW conditions made us decide to start one hour later. That implies the BC will take place between 17:52 UTC/ 19:52 CEST and 21:50 UTC/ 23:50 CEST.

We knowclose down is very late but we feel this is the best option. Frequencies will be 48 mb (possibly 6260) and hopefully 7700 as well. Opposite to last Sunday 48 metres will be higher power than 7700.

FRS on air on Sunday August 26th

On August 26th FRS will go on air with (almost) full programming including all presenters beig Jan van Dijk (German), Bert van Leer, Dave Scott & Peter Verbruggen. It will be the inofficial celebration of our 38th anniversary.All shows will be thematic. In the past years various interesting themes were presented: Made in Holland, progressive rock from Dutch bands, Music & Radio Stories, music related to the ‘Sea’ topic. FRS will surprise you with new themes upcoming August!

The new trasmission of KCR

 Dear Friends, on the occasion of the most spectacular lunar eclipse of these years, we decided to go on air with a whole new transmission. So much beautiful music from the world, a nice selection of Oldies USA 60. Then Artem’s World Music, John Trudell Memories and much more. There will be the debut of Mistik (Massi) who after more than twenty years of absence from the microphones has prepared two hours of live with Soul 70 music. So many reasons to listen, we will be on the roof to admire the red moon, I like to think that our signal through mountains, cities and oceans carrying with us our little message of Brotherhood that through music we try to give and if we are lucky, we will wrap the earth with this positive energy.

News of activation of Radio Spaceshuttle Finland

 Hi, we have has quite tunes during year 2017, even thiught few successful teansmissions on 31 and 48 mb.

We have fixed our transmitters during 2017 and wish we have a good return during our 16th birthday. So excpected to have transmisdions again during autumn 2018 on 76 (3905-3927) and 48 mb (6205, 6210, 6220, 6260,6265, 6280 or 6300-6310 kHz) as well 9290 (9270) 12265 and higer 19 mb (15805-15880 area).

FRS on air Sunday July 22nd 2018

 Similar to recent years, FRS will be on air in the Summer period with evening broadcasts. For this year we’ve  decided to do two broadcasts.

The first one is scheduled for Sunday July 22nd starting at 16:52 UTC/ 18:52 CEST. Close down will be at 20:50 UTC/ 22:50 CEST.

Frequencies will be 7700// 48 mb (yet unknown which frequency). So for this time we won’t be on 9300 kHz/ 31 metres but instead 48 metres.
